Planing!!

when the day i get my camera
almost all my photo are BLUR!
seems like now getting improve.
keep it up!
BUT
I still feel weird with the color.
feel uncomfortable.
color sense need lot of improve.

what ever you do, must have a planing first!!
like Alvin father always say, "Bo planing"!! when things not goes well.
(means No Planing!!)
just like architecture, No fore plan, No build!
if you have plan every thing nicely, then things will go easily.
just follow the plan, it won't bring you out of track.

After back from Suz picnic is damn tired.
reach home at 4.36 am.
I do hate n9 life...

i get a call yesterday asking for freelance....in addition!
And they wanna recruit me...
cause they just get a new client bout TV ads some thing.
a need me to draw storyboard..."oh wei!!"
I think is not bad.
but I ain't got confidence to do so.
my storyboard skill was not matured.
i actually confirm what I gonna to do.
then after that call, make my heart "shaking"
dunno where should i go!!
is it so hard to make decision ?

What is Portrait?

• show `d character of the person
• not still life in human form

Tips on GOOD PORTRAIT

• daring approach to the subject
• forget the rule of third
  
• go closer to take the detail
• go for candid shoot- zoom in, crop in tighter

Tell the story of the subject

• ex. take the horse trainer with a horse
• refer his work and his life
• creating `d mood and emotion

Lens- portrait lens

• 18mm will be distorted (funny portrait)
• 50mm, 85mm, 105mm (prime lens)
• Zoom? move your leg

Posing

• be swift / quick get the moment
• how they put their hand
• protrude more
• tilted camera
• try to not take girls arm, try to help them hide it
• eye higher than the camera- to show snobbish
• stare down- picking up fight
• finger spread- elegant
  
• wear sunglass/clip on hair- look sexier
• in addition- photographer not only take photo, also have to know help the model pose as well

Perfect picture with perfect lens

• always know what you want to shoot, and use the lens that you need
  
• know usage of `d lens
• basic lens- wide, standard, telephoto

although I know the pay is low,

Yeap, is me!
just a simply shot & post up.

This is my very 1st blog...
think that is good for me to sharpen up my english,
and can refer back what I've done...for the pass!

I actually study in The One Academy for my diploma.
and I major in Illustration.
for the 1st yr in foundation... I was so passionate on my study.
but moving on to 2nd yr, i started to loose my interest, it was like loosing my self
dunno what I really want for my future.
blur...
all of sudden,
it was so many thing that i want to do!
be a... true soldier, cook, concept artist and photographer.
struggling!!

So I just study blindly for a few month.
But throughing out lots of research, see through lots of book,
then I start to back on track!
I found my true interest.
I start loving in concept art, matte painting, photography!!
found that so much fun on it.
is like bring me to live.

it make me through out the world!

Although I still not sure what I want to work for,
but I put out my first step in photography...give it a try!!
at the min time, i still not giving up in matte painting n concept art.
will keep on training...

For a few yr of training,
hopefully I have more capability on my work!!
